SHIPPING & DELIVERY
THE FLAT SHIPPING RATE TO NORTHERN IRELAND IS £40.00 inc. VAT.
At the Allett Store, we aim to get your machine dispatched to you as soon as possible so you can get out in the garden. Our default delivery option is a free next working day service to mainland UK addresses, we do deliver to non-mainland addresses but these incur an additional surcharge calculated at checkout.
If you order before 2pm Mon-Thurs you will receive your item(s) the next working day for mainland UK addresses. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be despatched for delivery on Monday, except on Bank Holidays. After Friday 2pm, Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed on the next working day. Delays may occur to delivery due to issues with stock availability but we aim to notify the customer as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail.
A Saturday delivery service is also available for mainland UK addresses when checking out for an additional charge should you wish to choose.
At present, we cannot deliver items to addresses outside of the UK.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Allett Store uses many services which enable the customer to find and gain information on products across our website easier. When registering on the Allett Store and/or sharing your personal information, we can tailor the shopping experience better to suit the buying needs of you the customer.
All personal information which we pass on to the dealer is for order fulfillment only and the dealer is not permitted to use the information for marketing purposes. Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of the Allett Store .
To make ordering as secure as possible and to add peace of mind for you the customer, the store operate a 128-bit SSL protocol ensuring all sensitive data is sent via an encrypted connection.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before it is delivered to your address, please do not hesitate to contact us either on our 'Contact Us' page or calling us on 0115 986 6646
Should you wish to change your mind on your purchase, you can return the machine or accessory within 14 working days. The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

All goods will be inspected on receipt for any signs of misuse and if deemed so we will refuse the right to refund on the machine or accessory.
For all purchases made online, you the customer is covered by the EU Distance Selling Directive (DSR).
The store attempts to make ordering on our website as streamlined and as user friendly as possible.
When a customer places an order on our website a confirmation of order page will be presented and an e-mail sent to the provided address confirming this. It is important to understand that the Store has not entered into a contract with the customer at this point to accept the order placed. This could be for reasons such as incorrect pricing, unavailability of goods or any other issue which will prevent us from fulfilling your order. If there is an issue regarding price we will notify the customer beforehand with the amended cost to fulfill the order, should they accept we will continue to process the order at the different rate. If the customer wishes, they can cancel the order and payment will be refunded to the customer's account for the amount paid.
Only once the Store has shipped the order will a contract exist between ourselves and you the customer.
PAYMENT, AVAILABILITY, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
Allett Store accepts most major credit and debit card providers including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. For all online and offline orders the store uses the secure 128-bit SSL certified Sage Pay payment system. Using a secure external payment gateway ensures that you the customer has added peace of mind when processing sensitive card and personal data. The website will not store any card details which the customer provides. A payment authorisation is taken at the end of the order and will in some cases reflect on your bank balance.
We try to keep all our products in stock at all times ready for ordering, but there may be occasions where we may be out of stock and this does not reflect on our website. In the event of this happening, we will contact you beforehand with information on stock replenishment timescales and how you wish to proceed with your order.
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT (20%) and also before value added tax is included. VAT is payable on all orders within the UK and European Union. On rare occasions the price indicated on our website may be incorrect, we will contact you with the correct price before proceeding with your order if you wish to proceed.
From time to time the store may run promotions on our products. We reserve the right to end promotions without prior notice on our site and before they are due to expire.
Viewing orders on the store couldn't be easier, if you had registered before/during the checkout process you can easily view your orders in the 'My Account' section of the site. From here you can check the status of your order, make enquiries regarding the order or download a printable version of your invoice once the order has been completed.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Keeping your account information up to date is vital to ensure that any important information can be passed on to the customer i.e. warranty information.
Updating information on our website couldn't be easier. Navigate to the My Account page and login with your e-mail address and password you assigned when registering.
From there you can update your first and last name on the account as well as your e-mail address by clicking on the 'Account Information' tab on the left of the page. Click the 'Save' button to store these changes.
To update billing and default delivery address click the 'Address Book' link on the left of the page, here you can edit, add or delete entries by clicking the corresponding buttons.
